It has been a growing experience to work with Sherry as my trainer for the last 5 months. I appreciate her consideration and flexibility in tailoring my workout, based on the changing status of my health.

I have always been physically active and taken part in group classes, but had plateaued and wanted to make and see a change. That’s why I signed up for personal training and I am so glad that I did!
