Often described as someone joyful, passionate and full of energy - Sherry's wellness journey began shortly after the birth of her second child. She found herself in the throes of post-partum depression, a condition that had cycled throughout her adolescent and young adult life. After attending workshops and undergoing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at St. Joes in Hamilton, ON - Sherry found herself equipped with the tools to start living better.

Since 2015, Sherry has been in pursuit of additional tools and resources to benefit herself, her loved ones and her clients. Using a balanced approach combining mindfulness and movement - it is her hope to break barriers of what health and fitness may look and feel like. She is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with a special interest in Ayurvedic and Holistic approaches to wellness. Additionally, Sherry enjoys sunset jogs, Friday movie nights with her little munchkins, eclectic dining and has an immense passion for travelling to new and foreign places.
